Business advisory
Operating model, pricing, margin, and market entry for the Gulf. We get inside the numbers before recommending anything, and we stay until the change holds.
Elantara is a business and AI consultancy based in Sharjah. We work with founders and operating teams across the Gulf — from operating model and market entry to AI systems, data protection, and the platforms we build ourselves.
Every engagement is scoped to end in something you can point at — a running system, a signed policy set, a model your finance team maintains.

AI work that ends in something deployed: internal assistants, document and data pipelines, and agents that take real steps in your operation. We start with the process, not the model.
Readiness for Saudi PDPL and UAE data protection law: gap assessment, policy set, records of processing, data subject requests, and training your team will actually use.
The numbers management opens every morning. We define the few metrics that matter, clean the sources behind them, and build reporting that survives contact with a busy week.
We productise what we learn on client work and sell it. Positioning, pricing, checkout, and paid acquisition for digital products in Arabic and English markets.
ComplyKSA turns the assessment work we do for consulting clients into a kit any company can buy today: editable policies, records of processing, a data subject request workflow, and checklists in both languages — reviewed with legal partners in Saudi Arabia.
Where the same problem keeps arriving, we build a tool for it and sell it directly. Each platform is run by Elantara and priced independently of consulting work.
A Saudi PDPL compliance kit for small and mid-sized companies: editable policies, records of processing, data subject request workflow, and checklists in Arabic and English.
complyksa.com›The same approach, mapped to UAE federal data protection law and free zone requirements. In build now, with early access opening to consulting clients first.
Join early access›An AI assistant that reads your operational data and answers the questions management asks every week — built from the reporting work we do for clients.
Talk to us about it›You can stop after any stage. Most clients do not, but the option is what keeps the work honest.
Two weeks with your data, your systems, and your team. You get a written read of what is actually happening and what it is costing.
A plan with named owners, sequencing, and cost. If the honest answer is that you do not need us for it, we say so here.
We implement alongside your team — systems, policies, automations, reporting — in short cycles you can review.
Documentation, training, and a support window. The goal is that the work keeps running once we step back.
Not sure which one? Describe the problem and we will tell you which shape it needs — including when the answer is none of them.
A standing block of time each month for leadership: reviewing numbers, pressure-testing decisions, and unblocking the team. Best when the direction is set and the execution needs a second pair of eyes.
One defined deliverable, one price, one date. A PDPL readiness assessment, a pricing model, an AI pilot, a reporting rebuild. Best when you know exactly what you need produced.
We build the system and then run it for an agreed period while your team takes it over. Best when the capability does not exist internally yet and hiring for it would take longer than the problem allows.
Elantara was founded in 2026 and licensed in a Sharjah free zone. We work across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, in Arabic and English, with companies that have outgrown improvisation but do not want a hundred-page deck.
Our background is operating, not observing: building and running technology businesses in the Gulf, negotiating with regulators and enterprise procurement, and living with the systems we recommend. That is why every engagement ends in something you can point at.
A first call is 30 minutes and costs nothing. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
